Mein Werdegang bei Loomis

I started working at Loomis in 2011 as a Category B driver. What I enjoyed most was working in a close-knit group of colleagues, and the team spirit that grew from this. After about one and a half years, my boss asked me if I would like to transfer to the ATM Services team. I took the job because I was keen to take on the special challenge and responsibility of working closely with customers and managing their ATMs. I did a good job and my performance was recognized by the company. Just a few months later, I was given the additional responsibility of working in planning & scheduling the routes for drivers and providing them with telephone support. Thanks to my military experience, I was given the opportunity to assist the firearms instructor with training courses in 2012, and when he left three years later, I was promoted to Head of Operational Security.

Anecdote from the workplace

Through my daily contact with a customer, I got to know one staff member who is now a good friend of mine and with whom I cycle every week.
